The Metropolitan Manila Progress Authority (MMDA) announced on Saturday it will impose road closures and visitors rerouting all through the inauguration of Ferdinand Marcos Jr. who will take his oath as the country’s 17th President on June 30.
The inauguration will be held at the historical National Museum of the Philippines in Manila.
In an advisory, the MMDA claimed the street closure would be enforced setting up at 12:01 a.m. of June 26 to 11 p.m. of June 30 on Padre Burgos Avenue, Finance Highway, Ma. Orosa St., (from TM Kalaw to P. Burgos, and Basic Luna St. (from P. Burgos to Muralla St.).
