St. Tammany Company leaders have been in Washington, D.C., on July 13 to acknowledge the President’s “E” Award — the highest recognition a U.S. entity can obtain for creating a important contribution to the expansion of U.S. exports.
St. Tammany Corporation CEO Chris Masingill and Todd Whalley, the group’s Director of Present Small business and Business, attended the award ceremony held at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the nation’s cash.
The President’s “E” Award was established by government purchase in 1961 and is presented to corporations and companies for aiding and facilitating export pursuits.
In a congratulatory letter despatched previously to St. Tammany Corporation, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo wrote that “St. Tammany Company has shown a sustained commitment to export growth.
